1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between mt250 ("Platform", "we") and any user of the Platform ("you", "member"). By using the mt250 website, app, or any of its services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

Only one account is permitted per person, household, or device. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, and if discovered, all associated accounts will be terminated and any existing balance may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false information or using another person's identity is a serious violation of these Terms. mt250 may request identity verification at any time.

3. Account Security & Password

The responsibility for keeping your account password and login details secure rests entirely with you. Do not share your password with any third party. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. The account holder is solely responsible for all activity on the account.

Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, combining uppercase and lowercase letters with numbers.
Do not use the same password on other websites.
Do not click on suspicious links or respond to phishing messages.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

mt250 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Transactions through any other method are not accepted. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Amounts

Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method)
Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Withdrawal requests on verified accounts are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Additional verification may be required for unusual transactions.

4.4 Transaction Authenticity

All financial transactions must be made through the account holder's own payment method. Deposits or withdrawals through a third party are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

mt250 offers a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. Depositing ৳22,000 gives the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, making the total balance ৳42,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw earnings from a bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Example: receiving a ৳2,000 bonus requires completing a total of ৳40,000 in wagers before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions.
If there is any suspicion of bonus abuse or manipulation, mt250 reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
Multiple bonus offers cannot be combined at the same time unless explicitly stated.
In any dispute related to bonuses, mt250's decision will be considered final.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All types of betting and casino games on mt250 are operated under specific applicable rules. If a bet is affected by a technical error or disconnection, the outcome will be determined according to the platform's server records.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

Placing bets using software bots or automated methods.
Odds manipulation or collusion (gaining advantage through multiple accounts).
Deliberately exploiting game vulnerabilities or technical errors.
Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.

6.3 Results & Disputes

The results of all games and sports betting are final according to our server logs. For any dispute, please contact our support team. The deadline for submitting a complaint is within 30 days of the incident.

7. VIP Program & Rewards

mt250's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback benefit differs at each tier:

Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

VIP tier upgrades are evaluated automatically based on gaming participation and activity. mt250 reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time, though members will be notified in advance.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 mt250's Rights

mt250 may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

Violation of any clause of these Terms.
Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
Providing a false identity or incorrect information.
Failure to complete age verification.
Direction from law enforcement agencies or a court order.

8.2 Member's Rights

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid balance may be requested for withdrawal before the account is closed.

15.3 Language

The Bengali version of these Terms is the authoritative version. If any discrepancy arises in a translated version, the Bengali version will prevail.
